- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watch a lot of cooking shows, watch new trends in cooking. I also attend a bi-monthly chef's meeting to learn new things available in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had the opportunity to go back to school for Culinary Arts at SLCC and just graduated in April 2013. Food is something that I love and have a talent for it. As for the handyman work, I have grown up with it. Being taught from a early age and have done it most of my life. My dad having rental houses, we had to do lots of repairs and such on the older homes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cook the meals that customers ask for. Meet their expectations or more. As for handyman that is just about anything. Also do some sprinklers, lawn, landscaping and some cement finish work.
