- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find the best way to work with a new customer is really sit down and get to know them. I like to find out their overall hair goals and what steps we will take to get there. Being thorough is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I'm always going to different classes and courses to learn new techniques and product lines. The beauty industry is constantly changing, so my goal is to be knowledgable in my field and to be able to educate clients and keep them/myself well informed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common services I do are creative coloring, extensions, and wedding hair/makeup is very popular in the summer months.
