Please note that in order to maintain our values and our carefully curated aesthetic for our clients we have some project minimums we adhere too: ORGANIZING: Projects start at $1200 for labor + Product DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION We currently only offer packages for general contracting WITH design as package. $799 Consultation Small design projects with no remodeling start at around $10,000. Small remodeling projects start at around $25,000 Larger remodeling projects like a kitchen start at around $50,000 GENERAL CONTRACTING ABOUT US: Simply Sam is Utah’s one stop shop for all things home services. We do full services professional organizing, interior design, and we are a fully licensed and insured general contractor. We are a modern day design firm, offering clients as many services for their home to ensure an end result with no more to-dos in a space. Home Organizing

Sammy was so helpful in our home! She helped me organize all my horrendous closets and spare bedrooms that ended up being more junk storage than anything. It took me three years to finally hire an organizer and we were able to get so much done in two days which I feel like will save me hours of work/headache in the future. I gained multiple usable closets, A WORKING OFFICE, and a system in place for all my papers which also cleared up my dinner table. My square footage remained the same, yet it feels like I gained so much space, physically and mentally.

Home Organizing

I didn't end up Hiring Sam, however, I want to review my experience with her interaction prior to our decision to go a different direction. Because, she is amazing! I can tell she cares about her business and her customers. She was very organized and professional in the way she presented her business and explained my options. She was honest and up front about expenses and planning. And, she was patient with me! If we need an organizer again, we will certainly be contacting Sam again!

Packing and Unpacking

Sam was great to work with! With her expertise, we got my kitchen organized in 2 hours—pantry, dishes, everything! I really appreciated that she was respectful of my need to budget (moving is expensive!). When I told her what I could afford, she gave me a list of supplies to purchase and things to do in advance so we could maximize our time together. I’m so happy with how things turned out. I definitely recommend her and would use her again for future projects.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is as transparent as it can get. We charge an hourly rate only and our clients benefit from trade discounts on purchased furnishings. Our pricing is outlined in our New Client Packet that we provide at the beginning of each project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have new clients fill out a questionnaire to help us define the scope, timeline, and feel of a project. Then, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss their questionnaire responses and walk through the new client packet which includes a project timeline, FAQs, pricing, etc.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We've worked with a variety of customers both locally and remotely. Our client questionnaire on the book now section of our website will help us determine whether we are a good fit for your project!
