We were having issues with tankless water heaters pulling an E5 error. Kevin came out and looked over our systems and suggested switching out our main valve pressure regulator to a brass one. We’ve done a lot to try and figure out why we were having issues, but didn’t know it could be the regulator. We’ll swap out the regulator and hopefully that will fix the problem. If not, we’ll definitely reach back out to Whipple again. Very good communication from the Whipple team and they were easy to work with.
