Mike, my technician showed up promptly and did the repairs quickly, explaining what he was going to do. I dont know if it was a good price, because I dont know what the usual costs for this is.

They were here in a couple hours of making request. Saw my 22 year old system had done what I feared and died. Supervisor was out making rounds when we’re consulting tech and came in, saw we were without heat and have kids so they set us up as urgent service and are installing this afternoon. They also knew I was in a tight spot financially so they went over several financing options to help us out. We figured out what would work best for us and am happy we’ll have a brand new full system I won’t need to sweat failing anytime soon, and am covered if it does.
