Introduction: I first began Massage Therapy nearly 24 years ago after being involved in a roll-over auto accident. Thanks to my best friend through massage therapy helped me through a full recovery. This is when I’ve become sold on the enormous positive effects of massage therapy and how it can help the body heal. As a result, my desire is to help other people as my best friend had helped me. I completed my massage therapy training in Salt Lake City at the Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT) and received my Utah State License. Began my private practice as Body Sentinel. I specialize in Sports and Injury Massage, and continue to study on my own on a regular bases as well as continuing education, keeping up with knowledge on the human body and bodywork skills. Besides working my private practice, I perform at least 13 hours a week on chair massages at many different companies and corporations in the Utah Wasatch Front. I regularly volunteer as a massage therapist for different sporting events. 10 years now with the World Championship Ironman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii, 4 years at the Ironman Triathlon 70.3 and 140.6 at Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the Ironman Triathlon 70.3 in St. George, Utah.

Massage Therapy

Russ was incredible as assessing my back and needs. The massage was super specialized and effective at addressing my problem areas. I was in so much pain and had limited range of motion walking in and then walked out a free woman!! This is the kind of therapist I've been looking for.

I’ve seen a lot of massage therapists specifically for various musculoskeletal issues and none compare to Russ! I’ve experienced more relief with his techniques than anyone else. If you’re looking for a body worker that can provide healing, this is the guy for you. But he’s also very talented with overall relaxation, I’ve nearly fallen asleep on his table more than once! Can’t recommend him enough.

As a massage therapist myself I know that there are not many that have a natural ability to give a great massage. Russ Lo is one of those therapists who has that ability! I know when he works on me I'm going to feel like a new person when he's done. I can't wait for my next one! Bill

Massage Therapy

Russell is great at what he does! He takes the time to listen to your needs/concerns and designs a session based off of those. I would definitely recommend Russel! He has two studios which makes it really easy to meet up regardless of where you are in the valley.

Russell is one of the best massage professionals I’ve ever worked with. He listens to you, works through the problems you’re having as well as the underlying causes! He works with my schedule, is very communicative (regularly checks in to see how I’m feeling), and his prices are an incredible value for the level of service you get. 100% recommended!
