Introduction: I counsel and represent my clients in a wide variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate law, trademark applications, employment, real estate, contract negotiation, and general business management, and in addition to hourly billing, I offer some flat-rate services. It can be reassuring to know in advance exactly what it will cost when you need to do something like set up a will or file a trademark application. I'm also experienced in dealing with a huge range of clients, from large companies with revenue of over $7 billion all the way down to sole proprietorship and start-ups, and though many of my clients are local, I do much of my work remotely for clients who are out of state. In every situation, I am anxious to cater my services to the unique needs of each client and to ensure that they are well cared for.
