- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons cost from $35/lesson up to $50/lesson (based on experience of the teacher). Semi-private lessons (2 students) cost from $45/lesson up to $60/lesson (based on experience of the teacher).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our scheduling process, we ask for your goals and current swimming skills. We pass this on to your instructor, then the lessons begin! 30 minute lessons once or twice a week Same day and time each week
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All other instructors and coaches are required to continue to work on being better teachers. We have monthly meetings with them to ensure it's happening because we believe it's important.
