- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, always. We price the job, not the person, so you get the same number whether you shop around or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or message, we set a time, we show up when we said we would. We inspect, take photos so you can see what we see, and give you a written estimate. No surprise line items later. If you hire us, we schedule the work, do it, clean up like we were never there, and walk the job with you before we call it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're licensed and insured in Utah, and our crews are trained on the products we install, not just whatever's on the truck.
