Wes and Mike were the best! They were the first to respond and within their first correspondence, had an estimated quite as well as a window of first availability to get us on their schedule. Within 15 minutes, others from Thumbtack corresponded. No one would give me an estimated cost . Wes and Mike arrived promptly, professional, and quickly assessed our situation. They fixed it and cleaned up. Super friendly! Both were great to work with. I will only call on them for future plumbing problems. 5 Stars all the way!

I live on the East coast and discovered on a short visit home to Mom a major plumbing issue affecting her washing machine preventing her from doing wash. Within approx. 18 hours I was able to schedule Wes to come out and identify the issue and he scheduled a time to come fix it within the week. I appreciated that I could coordinate with Wes for payment even though I returned home on the East coast and felt that I could trust Wes to complete the work. I am so happy that Mom can now get her wash done & is not hauling laundry to the laundry mat! Mom also told me that he left the area cleaner than when he started and she is really pleased! [Below are the new pipes installed for the washing machine]
