I kept waiting for the “We got a problem, or the “We didn’t expect this” phone call. But it never came. Tiago and Cesar were EXTREMELY professional. They did excellent work and even helped with the tough decisions, like tile size, installation pattern, grout color and more. Our job ran long and RMT didn’t sweat it. The very reasonable price remained the same. I would highly recommend you give them a call. - Jon P.

They did a great job. I will use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs tile work done. I got multiple bids for the project and they had the best price. They were very up front with what work that needed to done and correct issues created by the previous installation to make sure the job was done correctly. They quickly responded to any questions I had and work hard to make sure I was happy with the finished results. I have attached before and after photos

Tiago was incredible to work with.l, such a pleasure. The bid was reasonable and punctual. After I made a 50% deposit, it was seamless and amazing. He ordered the kitchen tiles quickly. Then high quality work with Cesar and Luis-- prompt, careful, lots of communication about what to expect and when. I can't speak highly enough about Tiango's integrity and his group's work. If I had more floors to replace, I would not hesitate. Thank you!

This team was absolutely amazing at communication and also charging a more than fair price. We had our backsplash as a to do item for literal years especially after a botched job. They removed the prior job and put up new tile all within the span of a few hours. Super impressed and wouldn’t hire anyone else.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with RTM! From start to finish they were great to work with. They responded promptly when I initially contacted them and when they came out to do the estimate we're very thorough in going through the process and explaining what I would need to do in advance. The project started right on schedule and they went above and beyond to ensure it finished on schedule as well. During the tile installation they were very careful to ensure the area surrounding the workspace was clean. But the best part was the quality of their work. Everything was beautifully done and exceeded my expectations! I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out and am looking forward to working with them again in my next project. Highest recommendation!
