I don’t even know where to start with this review. Pat was really nice and we were really excited to work with him. We had a plumbing and tile job gone wrong. pat assured me they’d be able to come and fix it the right way. Everything was going well until it wasn’t. The base of the shower was not level, super wavy. When they stuck the tile on you could clearly see it wasn’t going to work for a shower floor. I talked to them and they assured me they’d fix it. Well, nothing was fixed. We turned on the shower when it was dry and there are at least 6 spots where the water just sits. SO here I am again left with a shower I can’t use, and out ALL of the money. I was more than willing to work with Pat to fix it, but we are two weeks in and Pat wouldn’t come back to my house to help me address this. I was really hoping he’d work with us and fix the shower and now I’m left with no other choice but to take him to small claims court as he has stopped responding to our calls and texts.
