My Nest thermostat decided to stop working, error code said it wasn't getting power. I tried troubleshooting on my own with no luck. Dan wasn't immediately available to come out, but he took the time to call and talked me through several additional troubleshooting tries. He was able to finish up another job quicker than expected and was able to come fix the issue. He also had some good recommendations for my almost 20-year old HVAC system.

Last week my wife put a notice out on next door neighbor we were looking for an HVAC technician to look at our AC system.Within a 1/2 hour Dan reached out to us and arranged to be at our place within the hour.Dan spent a couple of hours diagnosing our system, then informed us of our options.
