When I requested a quote he was very prompt at getting back to me and coming over to look at the basement, with a very competitive price. Allen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as he helped us with our ceiling fan. Not only did he diagnose the issue, but he went out of his way to show us the part that failed in the old fan. He was very flexible and patient with our hectic schedule and made an extra trip to the house to accommodate us. He helped us select a new unit and installed it for a great price.
