I have been practicing criminal defense in Utah for many years now. I am a Utah Criminal Defense Lawyer with a passion for seeing the criminal justice system reformed. I never judge my clients for the state of their affairs. Rather, I understand many issues are not black and white, I also understand with thousands of laws on the books, all of us might be labeled a "criminal" some point. I take an out of the box approach to my client’s cases and try to put myself in their shoes.

In criminal defense cases I enjoy fighting against the state when my client's constitutional rights are being violated. I take great pride in keeping government honest in the way they the accused. Often, the cards are stacked against my clients and I love fighting hard to get them a resolution they never dreamed possible going into the matter.
