Jean was great. I messaged in the morning and he was able to come by that afternoon to look at the project and give an estimate and then come by the next day to do the work. He communicated clearly about when he would be at my house and was there when he said he would be. He was very careful and tidy with his work. He listened and offered solutions and was able to finish all of my Ethernet wires and made everything (wires, network switch, poe adapter) fit neatly in the preexisting box. The printed labels for the wires was a neat surprise. I would definitely hire again.
