I have received a lot of facials and skin treatments in the past. The service I received from Marci was easily the best service I've experienced. She educated me on my skin, the products she uses, and what would be best for me. Plus, she made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next treatments with her.

If I could give a million stars I would. Marci is so kind and really provides an exceptional experience. I was not anticipating a consultation and she spent time to go through my skincare routine with me and educate me thoroughly based on the specific needs of my skin type. The facial was so relaxing and My skin has never felt better, but leaving with the education and understanding of how to see progress and lasting results is even better. I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back!

Wow, wow, wow. What an experience!! This was my second time getting a facial and lemme tell you - this woman knows her stuff. I’m pregnant and she guided me through a wonderful facial, with knowledge behind why I could and couldn’t use certain products during pregnancy. Not only is she lovely and kind, she is punctual and helpful. 10/10!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% off first treatment to all new Thumbtack clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have you fill out a Health History form, skin care form & Consent form the day your appointment. So I will spend 15 to 30 minutes extra for first time visit. We will go over your expectations, skincare regimen you currently are using ( have you bring the products you are using) and your long term goals. If your just wanting a nice relaxing facial once in while, its still important to know what you are using daily/weekly on skin. For all other services, we will pre-qualify you to make sure you are a good candidate for the treatment of your choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Master Aesthetician. I have been trained in all services I offer through the product line or equipment I have purchased for my services. I also have continue education through varies companies yearly to stay on top of this innovative skin care world.
