Great experience with this company. I am not a big one on reviews, but when I have a good positive experience, I want to let the company know. Setting up the appointment via text was quick and easy. I sent them a text prior to leaving work to see it tech would be on time. I received a prompt response. I received text when tech was on their way, and with their location, and who the tech was with their picture - nice touch, bing bang boom. Tanna was knowledgeable, nice, and got my furnace working again, exactly what I needed, ah heat. I know a little about furnaces, but I needed a pro. I got it with Main Street and Tanna. Excellent company, you gained a return customer and positive word of mouth.

I would highly recommend Main Street Heating & Air because of their exceptional service! As a consumer more often than not I have felt disappointed and taken advantage of rather than surprised with value and outstanding service. I purchased a new heating and air conditioning unit for my 64 year home. It was no simple job because of the engineering and design of new duct work that needed to be installed in ridiculously small space. Through brainstorming and continuous communication the technician and owners were able to solve every issue. The service technicians (thanks Jason) showed up on time, were professional, personable, well trained, hard working and cleaned up upon complication of the job. I will recommend Main Street to family, friends and or co-workers in need of a reputable company for their furnace and A/C needs. Thanks again.
