We have great subcontractors; however, if you have a friend or family member who can save you money on a subcontracting item, you can use them or even choose to do it yourself. You'll get full credit. Transparency: You know exactly how much we make in profit ($15,000, not one cent more). You sign off on every invoice, and you have 24/7 access to all the information related to your home through a proprietary online web-based system.
