To me, that means finding a balance between exercising in a way that makes you happy, moving and eating well, and also enjoying a night out - guilt free. I specialize in building both strength and muscle, corrective exercise, and mobility. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also have a minor in nutrition from the University of Utah along with another nutrition certification.

Taylor is the best of the best, she will be your trainer, she will push you to do better ans life heavier with out being too pushy, she will be your best friend, she will help with with your nutrition as well. we miss her here in Milwaukee

I can’t say how much I love working with Taylor. She knows everything there is to know about the way our bodies work. She pushes me to go out of my comfort zone, protects me from injuries, know exactly what my body needs, and is very mindful of my mental health as well. She is as kind as she is smart, and is quick to change things up if we need to. She keeps my goals in mind and is very attentive to any needs I have. I can tell her anything and trust her with my body and my mind. That’s the biggest thing for me when I’m looking for a personal trainer. I’ve used a handful and none compare to Taylor! I highly recommend working with Taylor.

I started training with Taylor two months ago and the difference has been amazing. My back pain has diminished drastically, I'm able to do more in the garden and I sleep like a baby. Taylor has made strength training easy and understandable. She pushes me just enough so I'm always getting stronger without being so sore you can't do anything. I would recommend Taylor to anyone who's looking to improve their core strength and gain a better understanding of how your muscles work together to make you happier and healthier.

At the beginning of my lifestyle change, Taylor was a staple to my workout guide as well as setting healthy eating habits that were sustainable for me. I was uneducated about the health world and how to start along with being over 300 pounds which led me to the initial reliance of Taylor’s help and guidance. After two and a half years and a total loss of 130+ pounds, I can 101% continuously rely on the information and routines that Taylor provides to my everyday life. She’s never provided any goals that felt unattainable and she’s always been one of my biggest fans and supporters through the incredible weight-loss. Now I’m an avid strength athlete and have gained a lot of knowledge in the fitness world, but it has never led me away from Taylor and she continues to play a huge role in day-to-day routines. There are no words to explain the amount of gratitude and thanks that I have for her and all of the help she has been over the years. She truly cares about her clients and their goals and struggles. She is there for you in the ups and downs of the journey and refuses to quit which in-turn made me believe in myself even more. Working with Taylor is one of the best decisions you could ever make.
