These guys are great! I use them biweekly for my hottubmaintenance and they always show up consistently, they do an amazing job, and they are very affordable especially in comparison to all the other hottub/pool maintenance companies around here, especially the big name ones that you probably think of when You think of pool and hottubmaintenance service. I trust these guys immensely and have even been leaving my door unlocked for them- just in case they need to plug something in to an outlet in My Home. Im even considering going on a weekly maintenance just because weve been using our hot tub so frequently since these guys have been doing such a great job taking care of it. and I got a great promo deal for a drain and clean and refill service when I signed up for the maintenance service (it was free) and that is close to a $300 service just because they want to really take care of their regular customers! They are also very knowledgeable about all things maintenance and healthy clean water and what is best for each individual hottub, or pool set up. Im very glad I made this choice, especially after a previous big-name hot tub service (Aqua Tech) overcharged me big-time and then tried to tell me that what I paid for wasnt enough to get them to come back when they didnt even flush the jet lines and the second we turned on our jets all this nasty stuff came out. They literally told me to take a skimmer and just get it out myself a day after a $400 drain and clean. I would never use them again. This company would come right back out if I were ever unsatisfied, but I never have been because they arent lazy and actually give you what you pay for! I would definitely recommend.

Our spa had a repeat issue and they were diligent enough to squeeze us into their schedules to reassess quickly. They are responsive, kind and reasonably priced for their level of service. Recommend them especially for speed of service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and predictable. Regular pool and spa service is a flat recurring rate based on your equipment and how often you want us out, and routine chemicals are included in that price, so there are no surprise chemical charges added later. We give you a clear quote up front before any work begins. Non routine work, like a green to clean recovery or a drain and refill, is quoted separately so you always know the cost before we start. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation about your pool or spa, your equipment, and what you are looking for. We do a first visit to assess the water and the system, get everything balanced and clean, and set you up on a regular schedule. From there the same technician comes out each visit, tests your water with a professional reagent kit, balances the chemistry, cleans, and checks your equipment. You get a service report after each visit so you always know exactly what was done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician has more than 15 years of hands on experience servicing pools and spas across the Salt Lake Valley. We stay current on water chemistry, equipment, and safe handling, and we test with professional reagent kits rather than quick strips so the readings are accurate. Knowing how local water and climate behave is a big part of keeping your water clean and your equipment running longer.
