I base my price on the satisfaction of the customer, if I take more time than I bid they don't pay for the additional time required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to preview the job and meet the owner before starting work on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly the school of hard knocks, as I learned from my father as he never needed help to finish a task.
