We keep pricing simple and transparent with no hidden fees. Most services are flat-rate based on home size and needs. We offer pricing based on the service plan you choose.

We start with a quick conversation to understand your concerns, then perform a thorough initial service targeting active issues and prevention. From there, we set up a simple recurring plan to keep pests under control year-round.

We are fully licensed and trained in pest control, including safe product use, proper application techniques, and local pest behavior specific to Southern Utah and the desert Southwest.
