- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Fikset, we love to show our support for veterans, active military, and first responders! We offer special discounts just for you! Additionally, we offer ongoing promotions, such as discounted add-on services, online review incentives, and more! Lastly, sales tax is included in all of our pricing. What we quote you is what you pay!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and trusting. When scheduling a service with Fikset, we will do our best to give you the smallest arrival time window possible. You will receive a text within 30-60 minutes of our arrival. Upon arrival, we will introduce ourselves, answer any and all questions you have, and review multiple options for the requested service. We will ALWAYS confirm a final option and cost with you before beginning any work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fikset Home Services was started by Matt Pfister, who grew up working with his father, an engineer and former electrician. At a young age, Matt began on a variety of home improvement and automotive projects that taught the skills needed to start his own company. Today, Matt is our main home service technician and has 10+ years of experience in home improvement!
