My repair required two visits. First visit was to determine what was specifically wrong. My dishwasher needed a part that needed to be ordered. Second visit was to install the new part. Service on both occasions was quick and uneventful, which, thankfully, occupied very little of my time. The dishwasher has since been working great, and we are very happy with our repair. I was somewhat surprised that I was not required to pay a deposit for the repair after the first visit. That felt refreshing. Vertex Appliance Repair has my vote of confidence.

Simply the best and most trustworthy aplliance repair man in the state. My go to guy from now on. Had him install a washer and dryer and look at a leaking dishwasher. When he realized the dishwasher was not repairable he did not charge me for the time spent to look at it and pull it out and diagnose the problem. Truly a gem in the rough for appliance repair.
