- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you work with Ward Handy Repair, we focus on making your project clear, organized, and stress free from the start. Once we connect, we’ll schedule a walk through of your home to take measurements, document the space, and talk through your goals for the project. This gives us a complete understanding of what you’re looking to accomplish and allows us to answer questions right away. After the walk through, we prepare a detailed estimate that clearly outlines the scope of work and costs involved. We’ll review everything with you to make sure it all makes sense before moving forward. Once the scope is approved, we’ll finalize the agreement and begin planning your project. We believe good communication is just as important as good craftsmanship. Throughout the process, we stay responsive, transparent, and easy to work with so you feel confident knowing exactly what to expect as your remodel gets underway.
