We bought a condo these people had recently painted. In changing some wall hangings, we needed to do some patching and touch-up painting.The paint store could match the color but not seem to match the degree of gloss finish.We contacted the painter and even though they had done the job 11 months earlier, they promptly sent us the exact base and color used so we could get an exact match.They didnt make a penny but were prompt, informative and friendly.Would use them for my next painting project.
