- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ted's Heating and Air charges a diagnosis fee, which we include into total our customer's total cost for service and/or repair. We never complete any repairs without first giving our customer a price and receive authorization to make the necessary repairs as indicated. Most pricing is given as a flat rate pricing after we determine what needs to be done. Please be assured, we always give the best possible pricing to ensure our customers get a great deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ted's Heating and Air takes the time to talk with the customers, answering any questions they may have, finding out what the customer is wanting to have done, explaining all the available options, including pricing so that the customer may make a decision based on all the facts presented. Our customers are important to us, and of course gaining new customers is what we are all about. We try to work with new customers on a personal level, giving them quality and professional service, time and helping them to realize they can save money by using the services we provide. Customers are number ONE to Ted's Heating and Air!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time. I keep up on new technology; participating in 'Continuing Education', meeting 'State Requirements'. For Water Heaters, Boiler Systems, HVAC Equipment, Controls, and much more!
