Douglas was amazing. He is respectful and communicates well. Very punctual and always arrived when he said he would. His workmanship is outstanding and he comes up with some creative solutions to challenging wiring problems. He does a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well as patching trim and drywall that had to accessed. He is very ethical in recommending only the work that is needed and does not gouge or inflate the estimate. We highly recommend Douglas!

He did a great job of fixing the wiring on a fan that was incorrectly wired and dropped a new line to our switch through the attic. He also installed two new LED type Fluorescent lights in our kitchen. We'll definitely use him again!

Excellent work! I needed a dryer outlet replaced and a new dryer power supply cable wired to the new dryer unit. Douglas was professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Douglas is simply top notch! I have worked with many pros over the years and I have rarely been as impressed as I was with Douglas. He has the rare quality of a pro who takes pride in his workmanship and believe me that is hard to find these days! I hired him to do phase one of my lighting project. Part of this phase entailed switching out lights in my spare bedroom, my office, my laundry room and my walk-in closet. The lights in my office/spare bedroom were straight forward and presented no issues. The lights in my laundry room and walk-in closet are crystal flush mounts that required hanging each crystal strand by hand. These things were attached by small "O" rings and were not fun to hang but Douglas has the patience of an absolute saint. It didn't phase him at all and didn't mind hanging all of these for me. Another part of this lighting phase was to replace my bedroom ceiling fan. This was a little more challenging as he had to hang the mounting bracket outside of the existing lighting box. Again, didn't faze him whatsoever. The final part of this lighting project is where Douglas earns his 10 stars. I have a hallway with 3 recessed lights that are all on the same switch. I decided I wanted to hang a crystal chandelier in the middle light, and I wanted a light switch with a dimmer that controlled the chandelier independent from the other 2 recessed lights. This required a new switch installation/wired and the installation of a conversion kit to convert the recessed light box to a standard one. All went well except when it came time to hang the light fixture. The canopy didn't fit neatly into the conversion box, which created challenges when it came to leveling. As if that wasn't bad enough the manufacturer did not design this canopy to fit over the conversion box. Douglas had to redesign this thing so that it would fit over that box. It took a trip to Home Depot and approximately 3 hours for him to make this thing work, but he did it!!! After he was done with that craziness then we had to hang all of the crystals, but these were much easier than the 2 previous crystal lights he hung. I have worked with 2 other electricians, and I am fairly confident that neither one of them would have been able to install this chandelier so I'm so grateful I found him. I can say with certainty that if you do not hire Douglas to do your electrical work you are doing yourself a disservice. I have one more lighting phase to do in my house and you can bet I will be Douglas to finish this up for me.
