I messaged Nathan late on a Friday night with concerns that I had bedbugs. He responded right away and was at my house the next morning. I had just returned from a hotel and had bite marks. He thoroughly inspected my luggage and bedroom. Which included every nook and cranny of my large, heavy mattress. He didn't end up finding any, but did a treatment just in case. I was extremely grateful for the piece of mind, professionalism and response time! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Impact Pest Management. Nathan immediately came out to address our problem with Elm Seed bugs. He patiently listened to our concerns and as a certified entomologist, explained the root cause of the Elm Seed bugs and solutions to prevent them from entering our home. His approach to eliminate the pests was balanced to minimize disruptions to the environment and limit exposure to chemicals in our home. 100% recommend to anyone with pest issues!

I have so much I would like to say about Nathan and his kindness and professionalism. I was having a problem with some gophers and he came out and basically caught taught me a class on gopher treatment.
