I hired Peak Performance Builders to redo an elevated deck that was rotted and allowed water to leak into my home (before pictures included). Nicolae came over to survey the project and draft a quote. We agreed on the scope of work and put me on their schedule with no wasted time. He and his partner removed the old deck (see pictures of the rotten subfloor), took pictures for me to show me damage that needed to be repaired, and fixed the balcony with superior materials and craftsmanship). He documented all of his work with pictures and shared it with me along the way while I was at work. He was very responsive, professional, and hard-working. Their price was also EXTREMELY reasonable and highly competitive. Nicolae also left me some materials to redo some trim work that was not in the scope of his job since I was going to do that work myself. If you want your job done correctly with quality and for a very competitive price, I recommend calling Nicolae. I did receive several other quotes, but nobody was as professional or competitive as Peak Performance Builders. I will be a return customer for other projects because I trust their work.

I had Peak Performance Builders come out to install a new vanity and connect a toilet, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work was top-notch—everything was done cleanly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was how responsive they were. From the first message, they were quick to reply and kept me updated every step of the way. It made the whole process so much easier. On top of that, the value was fantastic. Great work at a fair price, and no surprises. If you’re looking for someone who does solid work, communicates well, and charges reasonably, I definitely recommend Peak Performance Builders. I’ll be reaching out to them again for future projects.

Highly recommend! Water leak repair - He pulled up all of the old linoleum on the floor and he suggested that we put vinyl over it. It looks very nice and is lasting well. I feel like it was done at a very good price. He completed the work quickly.
