He did a wonderful job fixing a leak at my property.  I had a water damage problem in the basement of my rental property in South Jordan and needed restoration work. I live in NC, but from the moment I spoke with him, I felt I could trust him — and I was not disappointed! He’s very kind, honest, and caring — truly a professional you can trust. He was on time and got the job done within 1 week. He did exactly what he said he would do, and the quality of his work was excellent. His pricing was very reasonable, and he truly went above and beyond. Besides, my tenant was extremely happy with the result and appreciated how quickly and professionally the work was completed. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future repairs — he’s someone you can really count on! I’ll definitely call him again for any future repairs at my rental property — he’s my go-to fixer for life!

The absolute best! Nicolae was so quick to respond, over communicated and was so helpful before during and after the job. Truly went above and beyond. The work was immaculate too. I will call him for anything in the future and would recommend his services to anyone!

I hired Peak Performance Builders to redo an elevated deck that was rotted and allowed water to leak into my home (before pictures included). Nicolae came over to survey the project and draft a quote. We agreed on the scope of work and put me on their schedule with no wasted time. He and his partner removed the old deck (see pictures of the rotten subfloor), took pictures for me to show me damage that needed to be repaired, and fixed the balcony with superior materials and craftsmanship). He documented all of his work with pictures and shared it with me along the way while I was at work. He was very responsive, professional, and hard-working. Their price was also EXTREMELY reasonable and highly competitive. Nicolae also left me some materials to redo some trim work that was not in the scope of his job since I was going to do that work myself. If you want your job done correctly with quality and for a very competitive price, I recommend calling Nicolae. I did receive several other quotes, but nobody was as professional or competitive as Peak Performance Builders. I will be a return customer for other projects because I trust their work.

I had Peak Performance Builders come out to install a new vanity and connect a toilet, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work was top-notch—everything was done cleanly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was how responsive they were. From the first message, they were quick to reply and kept me updated every step of the way. It made the whole process so much easier. On top of that, the value was fantastic. Great work at a fair price, and no surprises. If you’re looking for someone who does solid work, communicates well, and charges reasonably, I definitely recommend Peak Performance Builders. I’ll be reaching out to them again for future projects.
