What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on seeing the project I am working on. Solid fees and pricing can be given at that point.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer a text/message and in some cases pictures/videos of the work needing to be done. I enjoy having Skype/Zoom/FaceTime meetings with people to see what needs to be done so I can take notes and envision what the customer wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a maintenance technician and manager for 3 years.
