We worked with Carlos and his team at Reconix on a remodel project and he was one of my favorite contractors I've ever worked with. Transparent pricing, very organized, strong proactive communication keeping us in the loop along the way, and he cares a lot about the customer experience to ensure we are happy with the final outcome. There was even one example where I wanted something built slightly different than the way they built it (it was probably my fault for not communicating my preferences very well upfront) and they quickly made the changes with no hesitation and a smile. Carlos and his team became people I knew I could trust, and we even ended up increasing their scope to have him do some additional projects with us as a result.
