I found Matthew after going through several piano tuners when my life-long tuner retired. I was leery, having been sorely disappointed with several tuners, whether for their lack of quality, missed appointments or other issues. Matthew was a breath of fresh air when he walked in the door. Prompt, friendly, knowledgable and eager to please. He fixed an issue that a previous tuner had left botched and I haven't had a problem with it since (after several years of issues). He has tuned, voiced, cleaned, repaired broken strings and keys and is always here when he says he will be with no surprise fees. I have 65 piano students and am preparing for the MM program so my piano is played on average of 10 hours a day. That requires a tuning about every 4 months, so I have used Matthew often in the last 2 years. I absolutely highly recommend MJ Piano Tuning!
