FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often like to work off a parts and labor estimating system. I charge $110 per hour for labor and then depending on what I have available to me for parts (customer provided or not) I add that to my quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free quotes and to earn the trust and respect for my work I am happy to go into the home of my customers and establish that relationship first while giving them a fair and honest bid to complete the work correctly and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended school for 4 years while being an apprentice and working full time at my apprentice plumbing job. After the four years I earned my journeyman's license by testing and being found competent by the State of Utah. I am currently preparing to take the Master Plumbers examination to earn that recognition and license from the state.
