They were able to come get it done incredibly quick! The finished product looks good. They were relatively good at communicating. The only thing they could have improved slightly was their cleanup quality.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work of Rick and his team. I had an appointment set for yesterday with Lowe’s but they pushed me out two more weeks so I got a refund and reached out to multiple people on thumbtack. Rick got back to me within a couple of hours and said he could come today and install our backsplash. He was very responsive and very professional. Rick sent me texts the night before confirming the time he would be here with his team. He showed up to review the project before his Installer arrived and gave my wife all of the information we needed for the install. The installer (John) came and did an incredible job. Rick and John had to go back and forth to Lowe’s a couple of times because Lowe’s sold us the wrong materials. I can’t express how impressed I am with their work and professionalism and speed. We have never done anything like this in our home so we are lucky we had such a great first experience. If we ever need any additional work done in our home, Rick and his team will be the first ones we call. Very nice and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great customer experience!

We were wanting to get backsplash put up in our kitchen and we had a short time frame to get the job done. Masterpiece Tile & Stone responded right away to my project request and came out that same day to give me an estimate. They were very professional and gave me a good price to do the job. Not only were they able to get the job done quickly but the tile turned out beautifully.
