- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, consistent pricing to provide value to our customers while ensuring premium customer service and communication throughout the process. We ensure customers understand the value we are providing and provide options for them to consider and at costs far less than doing a full remodel of a space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend time making sure we understand the problem(s) or issue(s) you are trying to address. We review the identified spaces, doing a thorough inspection, taking measurements, and evaluating any other services that should be considered. We present this information and explain exactly what work will be done while communicating throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techicians and estimators have received training from more experienced technicians or grout experts. We collaborate daily with our sister Grout Medic businesses to share best practices, materials, and to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
