I live in Chicago and was trying to find someone to install my elderly mother's dishwasher (she lives in SLC). Vertex responded quickly to my request and within a day and half came and installed her dishwasher. The man installing it called me from my mom's home and walked me through what he did and said everything was all set to go. He even hauled her old dishwasher away. It is so nice to find someone trustworthy to help my mom when I live so far away from her. I will definitely be calling Vertex again.
