FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprise charges. Before we start any repair or installation, we diagnose the system, explain what we found, and provide clear options so you can choose what makes the most sense for your home and budget. For larger projects like AC or furnace replacement, we offer multiple options when possible and can include strong parts and labor warranty coverage. We also offer Comfort Club maintenance memberships, which can help homeowners save money over time with priority scheduling, regular maintenance, and member benefits/exclusive discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to what is going on with your heating or cooling system and schedule a time that works for you. When we arrive, we perform a thorough diagnosis instead of guessing or immediately trying to sell you something. After we inspect the system, we walk you through what we found in plain English, answer your questions, and provide repair or replacement options when applicable. We always get approval before doing any work. For installations, we evaluate the home, equipment sizing, airflow, comfort concerns, code requirements, and warranty options before recommending a system. Once the work is approved, we schedule the installation, protect your home during the job, complete the work professionally, and make sure the system is operating properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
