- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices on Thumbtack are estimates. Price is based on level of difficulty and travel distance. Starting cost would be $300.00 and can range up to $550.00. If a crane is need, price will vary based on distance from crane to where the hot tub will sit(Approximate $550.00 additional).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We accept all new customer or businesses. Lot of our work we do is from referrals from previous customers. Once we get your lead, you will get a phone call to evaluate your project. In some cases, we may need a photo or video to evaluate your job and give you a price. We do offer same day service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked on all sorts of projects. We will arrange for a crane job or make sure we have additional staff on hand for more difficult type of jobs.
