PMI has been wonderful to work with. I have been with them for over a year and have found that they really care and do what they say they are going to do. They rented our house quickly and their customer service is the best I've seen with Property Management companies. I highly recommend Rich Underwood! Thanks, PMI!

RICH UNDERWOOD and pmi will not return your email or phone call and there maintinece service sucks also there customer service as well they do not know how to maintain property as well as there own business. id recommend another property management instead of PMI our service was the worst ever . especially with Rich he never cared nor did he care about his business. I personally will vouch that this company SUCKS

This review is from a tenant named Ami Tuagonga who is upset he didn't receive his security deposit back after leaving a mess when vacating a property. We believe in holding tenants accountable for keeping a property in good condition and owners can expect us to ensure that happens. We focus on service and believe tenants using their portal to request maintenance issues greatly decreases potential problems. We have a full time maintenance manager who handles those issues and documents conversations everyday. There have been zero maintenance service call on this property during the time Ami Tuatonga was there. Rich is not perfect. as Team leader he does care and tries his best to hold team PMI accountable as well as the tenants and owners they serve. I agree with the first review, good luck getting them to return your phone call. Have a maintnence request? Brace yourselves for a 3-4 week wait for small repairs, longer if it's something major. They will try to blame damages on you that were pre-existing, and the video he takes when you do a walk through will "Magically Dissappear" when it comes time to prove the damage was pre-existing. I suggest taking your own video if you rent through them, but I highly suggest avoiding this company like the plague.

We apologize you were not happy with your service at Pmi. Accountability within pmi is something we focus on every day. Ironically, We've never had a tenant, owner, or anyone we've come in contact with named "Richie O". We'd be more than happy to share work orders received, phone calls made and walk through video that we have once we know who is unhappy. Until then, thanks for letting us know we can do better! PMI has a good staff, they care and keep us updated with our property. I would recommend them to any owner who whats to keep their house in good shape while renting to tenants.
