I'm pretty active and, unfortunately, have had a lot of opportunity to have physical therapy. The experience I had at Synergy with Robert Snow was unlike any of the other PT experiences I've had. First, and most importantly to me, I got better. I went in with an Achilles injury, which, for a 42 year-old man, is not a fun injury. Because of the treatment I received, my Achilles injury healed completely. However, this wasn't the only benefit from my treatment. I have had three previous knee surgeries. Since those surgeries (after PT at other places), I still had to wear a brace to support that knee. Robert not only helped my Achilles, but strengthened all of the other muscles in my legs and core as well. I haven't had to wear a brace since finishing my work at Synergy. I've gone from not playing basketball at all (because of injury) to playing at least twice a week (in 2-3 hour stretches) with no pain. Another difference between Synergy and the two other places I've been for therapy is in who actually was with me during the therapy. At one location, I met with the therapist who prescribed a treatment plan, and then never saw him again. I only worked with technicians. At the other place, I was prescribed a plan, and then had to carry out the exercises by myself while being checked on occasionally. At Synergy, Robert (the actual therapist!) was with me the entire time. He made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly, adapted when things were either too difficult or two easy, and pushed me to work hard. I was NEVER alone. Even when a technician was working with me, Robert was ALWAYS there. Next, I actually felt important at Synergy. Everyone there knew my name, and knew quite a bit about me. I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I even received texts, calls, and emails (depending on my preference) to check up on me. Finally, the facilities at Synergy were amazing. it was always clean and comfortable. All of the equipment was in pristine shape. Because of it's location (the Athlete Development Center), there was a huge indoor field that exercises that needed more space could be comfortable performed. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who has suffered any type of injury that wants to get better. I know I'll never go anywhere else.

I am so thankful for Roberts help! I went as a physical therapy first timer with upper back and hip pain and left pain free. Robert was very careful and clear in his diagnoses, excellent with patient education and helping me know how to exercise both at the clinic and at home, how to maintain my strength and flexibility, adapt exercises for my daily life, and how to best listen to my body. This approach is extremely individualized. If I have any future problems I will be coming right back!

I was recently visiting my daughter and her family for several weeks and I found my foot started swelling and the flexibility was near zero. My pain level was pushing 10 on a pain scale of 1-10. I was there for a convention which I thought I was going to have to cancel simply because of the pain and difficulty walking. My son in law recommended Robert Snow. He gave Robert a call and took me right in with no waiting! I was surprised to say the least! I figured he must not be that good or not a lot of business to be able to fit me in so quickly.I have tried physical therapy in the past with no noticeable difference. When I arrived at Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports I realized that he was truly squeeezing me in, in between clients. His staff was busy working with customers; but Robert took care of me personally. He sat me down, gathered my history and started moving my stiff swollen foot. He was not only able to identify my problem, he was quickly able to gain some movement in my foot. After spending an hour with him I could actually put a shoe on my foot! I may have walked in by I skipped out! I continued treatment for the next week until I had to leave town. I cant tell you just how amazing Robert is! Seriously, he saved the day and my trip. I have continued with the exercises and the doTerra essential oils that he recommended for discomfort and swelling. Its been a game changer for me and my family. If you havent experienced a deep blue laser therapy treatment; I suggest you stop by and experience treatment and Roberts expertise to get your body working again! My only complaint is that he does do house calls! I live back east!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75.00 is our Cash Rate for Patients in office. We do take most insurance plans and will be happy to check for you. We are not in network with the following: Select Health, and some small Aetna Plans. The rest we are happy to work with for your care.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit is a comprehensive evaluation where we take a medical history and review your concerns followed by testing and evaluation by a Board Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. This evaluation takes approximately one hour and we ask that you wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area we are treating.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our Physical Therapist have Advanced Doctorate Degrees In Physical Therapy and they are additionally Board Certified in Orthopedics.
