We had a grear experience from the estimate to install. Brad did a great job explaining everything and we didn't feel pressured at all. Today Jesse and crew did a great job installing and were very nice.

Our furnace went out a very cold night. Our house was 50* when we woke up. We called Gillette and they sent Ricardo out that day. They gave us a window for later in the afternoon, but Ricardo finished his call before ours faster than expected and was able to come early. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that he found with our system. He then provided us with several options for repair and answered all our questions. We are VERY pleased. We will be calling and requesting Ricardo's assistance anytime we need help with our heating or air conditioning. We will also be recommending Gillette and Ricardo to our family and friends.

Gillette Heating Air Plumbing is my go to company for my HVAC needs. Our tech Kenny came out and serviced our furnace. He had a great knowledge and was able to diagnose the issue. Today our furnace is running well and keeping our house warm.

The Gillette serviceman came on time and adjusted out furnace and got the motor noise to stop. We were really impressed with the work performed and the great attitude the rep has while he was here.
