We could not be happier with our Carrier system!! Gillette installed in our new build home and I am so glad that Nina explained how 2-stage systems work and what advantages they have. We love our furnace. I know that sounds weird but its true. We never have to feel cold or heat shifts. The 2-stage system just keeps the house at the perfect temperature and you dont notice the system kicking on.I wanted to wait until my warranty period was over to see how they would handle any warranty items and we didnt have a single one! We closed on our home 2/12/2025. I never had to call them to come out and fix something. I only had to do maintenance and change out the filter. Im amazed and so pleased with the installation. My husband works in construction and he installed HVAC for 25+ years. He tells me how clean the installation is and how small the drops in the basement will be. If hes impressed then I am, too. We did not get a heat pump but a higher seer AC and its fantastic.

The technicians were very polite and friendly. They explained the problems with my system in a very easy way to help me understand the work that needed to be completed.The receptionist was so nice and was able to help schedule me asap. I will definitely use them again!

We had a great experience today! Kenny from Gillette was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was wrong with our AC and how he fixed it. Since it was an after-hours appointment, there wasnt a scheduled time, but he arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Its so refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We really appreciate the excellent service and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Gillette to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you!

Kenny came as a second opinion on my AC unit was very thorough and efficient. Found out what was wrong and offered to stay late to get my unit all cleaned up and running again. He was honest and up front. Would highly recommend him to any of my friends for their heating and AC problems.
