Joel did a fantastic job putting an expansion tank and earthquake straps on our water heater. He got us on his schedule very quickly and responded to messages right away. He even cleaned up before he left. We’ll definitely be hiring Precision Maintenance again!

I had such a great experience with Precision Property Services. He was quick to respond, showed up on time (few minutes early actually), open with costs and had it completed in two hours the day after I posted the job. He removed the existing toilet and replaced with a new one that he supplied. Will definitely use them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Maintenance: $35- $45 per hour based on jobs. HVAC: $55 diagnosis fee, with additional services and pricing available upon job. CPO/Pool Services: $55 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each client we provide a detailed analysis of work to be provided, repaired, and completed. Customer service is of the highest priority to our clients. We want to make sure their needs are being recognized and considered. PPM keeps communication open to clients so they are always up to date with their projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Precision Property Maintenance strongly encourages education and training. We strive to provide our team with knowledge, training, and education as needed. PPM is currently licensed in Handyman, CPO, HVAC (Universal EPA) We also are current on General Liability Insurance and all employees are covered with Worker's Compensation Insurance.
