What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often times if the job is a one time situation, I will just bid the entire job. If it turns out to be a recurring customer, I charge them hourly, which turns out better for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly learning new programs.

I love computers, but more importantly, I have been doing art since I was 3.
