- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we pride ourselves with doing flat rate pricing for customers that way there is no hidden fees or increases. we do offer the standard senior citizens and military discounts but also have a garuntee to beat anyone's pricing on equipment replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
every new customer is unique and usually needs therefore own process, we take our time going through any needed process the customer needs in order to understand the issue or our pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
went through fortis collage course in 2005, and have gone through extensive training for boilers and refrigeration systems in order to get all required state/federal certifications for hvac systems.
