Brigham refinished a basement bedroom that had flooded. A restoration company cleaned up the water damage but did not do any repairs to put the room back into working order. We hired Brigham to replace sections of sheetrock, blend it into the existing sheetrock, paint, trim around window and baseboard. He also coordinated with flooring company to install new carpet. We thought his estimate was very fair. His work was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with. We plan to have him work on some other things for us as well.
