They were responsive to messages and were able to come out quickly. We have high baseboards due to vinyl flooring that needs room to expand, and they were not able to get under the baseboards, but besides that, they did a great job. When I pointed out a few areas that were missed, they were happy to fix the issue. They were running a little ahead of schedule and reached out to make sure it was ok to come to me early, which I appreciated.
