I appreciate how responsive Oleksandr was from the moment that I reached out to him. I believe I messaged him on Friday morning, and he responded in less than an hour. I explained the problem that I needed help with, and he surprised me by saying that he could stop by the following day (Saturday) to diagnose and assess the issue. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. I needed help with a plumbing issue in my bathroom, and he was able to fix everything in less than two hours. He even went to a local store to buy a replacement part and gave me the receipt. He had a timer with him, and he was extremely transparent about how much time everything took. He even showed me the timer at the end of the job before I paid him.
He was professional, punctual, and did good work. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

OLEXA offers competitive and transparent pricing. As a small, owner-operated business, we are able to keep our prices reasonable without compromising workmanship. Pricing depends on the type, complexity, and scope of the project. The price is agreed upon with the customer before work begins, with no unexpected additional charges. A better combined price may be available when multiple services are completed during the same visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss the project details with the customer and, when helpful, ask for photos. Once the scope of work is clear, we agree on the price and schedule a convenient time. I personally arrive and complete the work, and after completion I review the finished work with the customer. My goal is clear communication, quality workmanship, and no unexpected changes in price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment. I have more than 21 years of professional technical experience, including equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and practical technical problem-solving. This education and experience provide the foundation for my professional approach to installation and assembly work.
